It s a covid world and it sucks - instead of my watch which I purchased two months ago I am getting this phrase in emails from the seller over and over No watch no refund so far Got scammed propably Avoid this shop like the plague

No watch no refund just excuses Avoid Deserves to go bust
No watch delivered no refund no customer service I ordered my watch on February 22nd which was dispatched from Heathrow on March 1st Well before the Covid-19 lockdown The USPS still says it has not been delivered I tried to log a trace with the USPS but it is not possible from a UK postcode Only the seller can do this The seller made no effort to help just sarcastic excuses saying there s a pandemic The seller then promised a refund by end of April if not received And guess what no refund just more excuses hanging out for a delivery in my lifetime sometime Just a joke Has no idea about who the customer is Just takes the money Terrible service terrible attitude and I hope the business goes to the wall It deserves to

Very bad experience
Very bad experience Ordered two Casio watches and then requested cancellation but the seller refused and came up with all sorts of pathetic excuses Now I m facing having to accept items I don t want I m also worried about customs issues as I don t believe the seller is honest AVOID

Avoid great watches at all cost
Ignored emails despite claims on the website about immediate responses Now over a month since ordered and not arrived when queried the response was I wish you had it already with nothing more added by a shady Jason Meehan character who I assume is some customer service rep Shocking experience requests for a refund have been ignored along with responses to my emails Avoid at all costs buy your watches elsewhere ladies gents

Did not arrive - Shocking customer service
Received no update from seller regarding delivery schedule for nearly a month So I emailed the seller for an update and received no response Then followed up on my initial email for an update stating I will raise this with the payment service provider if I receive no response - The seller responded to to that email with I agree a blunt response Absolutely poor customer service If they didn t have it in stock or have the capacity to deliver the product they should have just notified me and issued a refund - I shouldn t have had to reach out for a refund nearly a month later Put simply they don t value their customers

Terrible shop with an unfair and unworkable returns policy which is notified only on the receipt i e when it s too late to get out of the agreement This shop will be out of business in six months time and they deserve to be It s as if they only want to sell online as in store customers get substantially worse treatment
