Direct contact with Specialist Booking Agent Maria Blavaki in Crete has for almost a decade been a pleasure with her intimate knowledge of the booking system and her pleasant helpful booking assistance on our behalf Not an employee of Greek Ferries Maria is a credit to her company in Crete producing precisely the product required Conversely I found the Anak Ferries system unhelpful with ferry schedules unannounced until well into January Booking on-line was difficult The Anak App seemed incapable of completing the Accommodation aspect of the booking confusing cabin requirements and indeed double or mis-booking In conclusion I abandoned the on-line alternative and requested direct assistance from Miss Blavaki with which she willingly and capably complied
