Firstly l made the initial contact as I don t like telemarketing calls The Teho staff seemed to be professional and courteous The installation crew knew their business and got straight to work Finished job is very neat and tidy The only problem was waiting for the inspection a week and a half but that is out of your control I am a very happy customer Cheers Rob

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish

From the moment I contacted the company my needs were paramount The sales team in particular Nick was happy to tailor and amend system requirements to meet my needs The local installation team were punctual efficient polite and non intrusive The team led by Saxon were obliging and professional even replacing previously cracked tiles with a minimum of fuss The team left the property clean and free of debris All in all a positive experience from start to finish possibly cheaper quotes but bear in mnd that you get what you pay for cheaper isn t always best

From the start the Consultant Ellie was helpful informative and gave me great confidence in Teho the product Her quote was quickly sent through with all the back up information that we could possibly need Installation was arranged quite quickly by Emma and Daniel the Installer and his team were polite efficient and great communicators Being in sales for most of my life and dealing with tradespeople I have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of Ellie and the whole Teho Team Its early days as far as the new Solar Panels go but I am confident that we have made the right decision

Wow What a great team at Teho Thanks so much to Jono for all his preparation and organisation He made the whole process very easy for me The 12 solar panels look great - what a relief to have a 5 04 KWh battery operating Thanks to Scott Elliot and Nathan who installed the solar panels and battery in less than a day - they did such a fantastic job - very professional With increasing electricity bills happening these days it is huge to have the confidence of solar panels and a battery working to alleviate the bills

My total experience with Teho from initial contact to installation was extremely good They were prompt to answer any questions they were great at communicating something rare these days They were flexible around the changes I made to the installation date They made the paperwork process easy - including the interest free loan Their installation team turned up on time were courteous did the job in the timeframe they suggested really I had minimal interruption to my day
