They are knowingly scamming customers
I had to wait almost a month for my PC to arrive and was forced to call them for them to get it done When it finally comes I find a loose screw that isn t even part of the build in the same bag as the tower Then I see a manual for a DDR4 motherboard I ve never heard about and I find out that it s a cheaper version of the one I ordered After that I realised in BIOS that the ram is 4800hz instead of the 5200hz as advertised They also used a 1000W PSU instead of the 1300W one that was listed at the time of my purchase The CPU fan their own brand CPU cooler randomly goes into high speed while the pc is idle and will go on full blast the instant you start playing any modern game Over 40db even though it says it is 35db max on the product page I tried to fix it in bios and MSI Afterburner but to no avail The fact that they sent this pc out to a customer blows my mind as I can t imagine how this business has survived thus far On top of that the 4090 GPU fans make a strange noise that I couldn t figure out the cause of The tower fans in the front and back look like someone found low-quality plastic rings and put them on top of cheap lights and after turning them off with the included cheap remote the lights refuse to turn back on again The case itself and the aesthetic excluding tower fans and RAM are pretty nice and I would have loved this build if it wasn t for all the issues mentioned above The reset button constantly blinks red cable management looks like a crow s nest and there has been absolutely no effort made to make it look orderly If I had paid 3000 for that PC I could have overlooked it and thought to upgrade the bad parts myself but it s apparently valued at over 5500 Customer service is super slow and they will try to act like they ve done nothing wrong while also lying to your face and will continue to push their products and service on you without ever acknowledging or rectifying their mistakes What a complete scam Messy update rant They called me and convinced me to discuss about potential upgrades to rectify their mistakes and I naively decided to bite After saying they were willing to give multiple upgrades and make sure I d get all the right parts I sent them a list of potential upgrades I d be interested in on their request After there was no response for a few hours I asked what their thoughts were via email but still no response So the next day I called the customer support number and asked them for the money back not an upgrade Then I found out that customer support and the division that called me about the upgrades had no communication with each other and they didn t even know that it had been discussed I told them that this was unacceptable and that they had to communicate directly and clear this mess up so that I wouldn t have to deal with any annoyance later on due to miscommunication Guess what happened almost a week later I got an email saying they d build the new PC ensuring I got all the parts that were in the original order and ONLY a better GPU fan This is a mockery of what was previously mentioned and they straight up ignored everything on my list and blatantly disregarded my earlier emails and questions I bluntly told them I d have to report sue them if they sent me a new PC since I had told them seven times in total that I wanted my money back and not an upgrade through calls and email chains Since then they still haven t returned the money and it s been over a week I will try to demand my money back now to avoid them wasting any more of my time This level of incompetence and gross negligence should be illegal Last update Customer support said It ll be done today or tomorrow when I asked why my return hadn t been processed after almost a month They lied again It took almost two more weeks before they gave back the money and half a month for them to respond to my email asking about it I had started a reclamation request with my bank before I got my money On top of all this trustpilot refuses to validate my review and says all my screenshots and documents regarding this case are invalid even though I ve shown them literally everything and proved my interaction with greencom beyond a shadow of a doubt They also used almost a month to reply to my emails which is just a slap in the face It feels like they are on the same level as greencom in their incompetence and way of treating users customers Appalling both of them The reply from greencom highlights more of their shady nature I forgot to mention that when I called customer support after a week or so to ask about when I could expect the PC to be shipped out they lied and said within one or two days as they had it in warehouse and only needed one missing part set to arrive next day There is a lot more dishonesty in the reply but I ve run out of space to write

Stay away from this company
We have ordered PC from Greencom in October PC was delivered not functioning I had to take PC back to warehouse for repair In the beginning of January PC video card stopped working We delivered PC for repair It is one month and there is no resolution to our case requested to refund purchase amount It is not possible to call Greencom communication with customer service is very bad Submitted case to Forbrukertilsynet about Greencom Based on experience with Greencom there is only one suggestion STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

am having the worst experience with greencom I ordered the PC in 24 May til now 2 june I don t have any information about it they just gave me ups tracking number but they didn t send the pc yet and I paid for the fastest delivery I try to contact them but it worst I never had bad communication with customer service like this this is a nightmare I do not recommend
