Great customer service when things go wrong

We ordered a Rushby greenhouse over a year and an half ago we delayed the build due to a garden makeover Unfortunately we realised that the order was incomplete with many parts missing Dan at the Soton branch was amazing He gave excellent customer service in an unflappable and considerate manner He ensured that the full order was delivered despite the time from the order placement

When I visited Greenhouse People recently at Braehead to view greenhouses on behalf of a friend I was very impressed by the wide range on view Tony McNulty was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of the model that I was interested in and was able to answer all my questions Our decision was to buy the Simplicity Classic 6x8

Buying my first ever greenhouse could have been daunting but no all the questions and concerns I had were dealt with by the expert and super helpful Scott who talked me through what I might and might not need I m guessing this genuinely is a small family run business as all communication was really friendly and prompt Advice and information pack provided is really clear just as well as I m going to build the greenhouse myself Finally the driver who delivered was lovely asked where I wanted all the various pieces put One pane of glass had a small corner knocked off this was replaced within a couple of days Great customer service great sales experts great company

We bought 7 x5 shed from The Greenhouse People thats situated in DOBBIES DUNFERMLINE Gaynor sales advisor was very helpful and professional We don t live in Dunfermline and had to change our original order Gaynor kept in contact by email and phone nothing was too much trouble The product was made by Malvern and they also were very helpful throughout the process The day of delivery and construction was on time very quick and efficient Now a proud owner of a redwood shed Excellent product and service from Malvern and Gaynor Dunfermline
