Service is terrible and package took 3 weeks to get here when it clearly says 4-5 days they sent the package 1 5 week after i ordered itThey are trash at answering on phone calls and email dont use if you dont need too

Deplorable after-sales service
Deplorable after-sales service I received an Alpinestars A-10 v2 vest for a total of 209 91 which was missing a side strap making it impossible to close After contacting the after-sales service with photos which takes a long time to reply I was told ok we ll contact the manufacturer One week two weeks another e-mail we re still waiting for a reply from the manufacturer Yes but I don t really care if you don t check the condition of your products before reselling them I don t have to be held hostage you first solve my problem by making a return or sending me what s missing and THEN you check with the manufacturer So I asked for a return because I m just fed up with having something I can t use and for which I ve paid full price And total silence No more replies nothing Now i just have a 200-buck vest I can t use AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Me and my friend ordered two plastic kits and both are already scratched and in my friends package even two parts were missing Wrote several Emails but they only tried to tell us they are checking in on our problem over two months Never got a refund or any solution Still sitting on the damaged Order NEVER AGAIN

Used GMX twice before
Used GMX twice before so after needing a brake disc quickly - I used them again Purchased the item on 17th December and it is now the 29th of January Item is still in Spain and they re refusing to issue back my money I understand there were issues with COVID Brexit and even the snow in Spain - but this is a disgrace Completely ruined the company outlook for me I had to investigate with UPS myself only to find out that their item hasn t even left Spain Communication from them has also been sub par It s so disappointing since I used them before and they were superb However this experience and the way it is being handled means I will never use them again

I ordered and received the item after a 10 days Item was packaged well but unfortunately it is too small I have been trying to call email customer for 2 days to confirm the process to return my item but nobody is responding They say you can return your item within 30 days but I am afraid they might wait 30 days before they tell you how to return your item

Avoid poor service
Ordered 3 items 2 of which were fine one had to be returned The website has no facility to notify return and their phone system sends you in circles and there s no one to talk to Sent 5 emails the last 4 have been ignored so have raised complaints via Mastercard to get my refund Sending item back cost me 10 This company seem good value but they re not Poor service from start to finish avoid
