Shouting on me the driver

I ve waiting for the bus 702 17 39 from Kensington Station d which you never gonna find with GPS not even on their website its 100 m away walk which you can t see anything I have to run because I see the bus coming at the end I get in the bus and the driver shouting on me because I didn t new yo scan the ticket correctly and because he was scanning 5 seconds the ticket for me he was very angry very bad experience not recommended this green lane

Very Unfrofesional Driver

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent journey from Luton to Victoria I had booked a round-trip ticket with Booking 88G6B3 purchased on December 31 2023 via easy bus for my wife and I Upon my return journey the driver insisted that we have to pay an additional 40 despite already having a valid return ticket He disregarded the fact that I had purchased my ticket online and insisted on the extra payment I have both my online and offline tickets as evidence of my purchase I kindly request a refund for the additional amount 40 I was forced to pay Please let me know if you require any further information or the offline tickets for verification purposes Thank you for your attention to this matter I look forward to hearing from you soon Yours sincerely Parveen kumar

THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE I bought a ticket online a week before my trip I was arriving at London Luton airport and I had to wait one hour and a half in the longest queue ever so people without tickets could buy them and get on the bus before the people who already had tickets like myself They were going to make me wait for the next one if not for some fortuned circumstances and a few good people The employee who was responsible for the seats and everything was extremely rude Not to mention the bus arrived half full at airport which is ridiculous considering how many people wait in that queue VERY POOR ORGANISATION and business strategy

Don t travel with them

I got the 3am bus to Luton airport I probably got the same arrogant driver as others mentioned There was no space for me to put my suitcase and as I was trying to make space for my luggage the driver started closing the door First and last time I m using green line The webpage is confusing the only positive was the customer service line that I used to get information I never had issues with national express

Horrible experience

Horrible experience as a resident this is not the service we should get I sat from luton the driver allows with a student BRP and from london inspite of having the tickets they don t allow and took 12 for the journey which I already paid for It s disgusting to travel like this Miss understanding between drivers are a big issue in this coaches I would recommend National Express instead of this If you are travelling from Luton to London or vice versa

A very negative experience

I bought a ticket for Greenline 757 in advance on the website to use today the 26th of December at the usual price of 11 50 However after I activated my ticket and wanted to board the coach I was told that the online ticket was NOT valid Hence I was forced to spend 20 for the same coach everyone was sold a 8 and also a 12 ticket As I really needed to come to central London from Luton Airport I accepted paying this Then the driver told everyone to hop off at Finchley Road closed the doors and left without any explanation I waited for the next 757 service and this one didn t stop Thus I needed to spend further to make my way to Victoria with other service provider Terrible communication and service experience

scammers

living in London tier 4 we were forced to cancel our airport transfer made thru these scammers via easy buswhen we went online to cancel our booking was registered as completed although we never took a bus to the airport and London being in tier 4 probably the bus didn t even run to the airport so we coudn t claim any refund we tried to contact customer service but no reply just an online form without any reference number or proof that you ever contacted them also even you decide to cancel the cancellation fee is 50 and it s no actual refund just a credit note for future trips
