It s time for a scathing review It was a long time coming Since I bought my pans last year I ve had countless emails back and forth with green pan trying to address the pans poor performance and then telling me how to clean it properly and id follow their instructions The pans kept sticking and just to inform you there are a million conditions on the use of the pans and their cleaning Not worth your money do not buy In the end they didn t replace them said this is now the natural wear and tear after a year of emails back and forth and now stuck with expensive crap pans DO NOT buy Save your money and spend it elsewhere these pans are horrible The customer service is equally as bad they will drag you and drag you and ask for pictures and drag you until they finally come up with a final excuse You ve been warned

Please see my other review So now thst they dragged out their customer service over the span of a year when the pans weren t performing since the beginning do they state they do not replace because it s the use of the pans on a regular basis Again do NOT spend your money on green pan Bad customer service bad pans and you can only use their under their conditions or leave them in our cupboard to keep them in what their customer service would seem appropriate use Do not support this company

Do trust the 1-star reviews Also a customer from the Netherlands and I purchased the Padova set and the Royal Bronze Wokpan for my Induction plates Please be aware Greenpan s marketing strategy is solid They let you believe their diamond coating is super strong but after only 2 months of cooking on Induction - the coating is gone - my food sticks to the wok So I contacted customer service and they are terribly slow and request tons of photos to review your product And then they ll say you don t wash your pans correctly so that s the reason the coating is gone I really don t buy that so be aware of this all together Their marketing is sly letting you believe that their product is above the market - plot twister a very cheap pan from the dollar store has an even better coating Their warranty is really bs because all they do is judge your pictures and tell you that there is nothing wrong with their products Their customer service is super slow and trained to never accommodate you in what you want replacement of the product So my advice you rather buy ten pans from the dollar store than believe this greenwashing hype

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY Greenpan does not stand behind the rubbish quality of their products It is unfortunate that a company which claims to be sustainable and healthy has produced a pan which deserves to be thrown into the trash after a month of use Customer service simply bombards you with instructions on how to clean and use their product refusing to acknowledge that the real problem is that the products simply don t function as advertised There is a great deal of misleading advertising going on their website which is a practice forbidden by EU law Furthermore they refuse to honour the required 2 year warranty on their products which is again EU law I would encourage people to file complaints against the company with the relevant EU institutions which will be the route I will take I bought a non-stick pan and used it without any oil or fats for the first month with great success After about a month of use all the previous non-stick qualities had disappeared Food stuck to it no matter how gently we preheated and oiled the pan I sent photos multiple times to customer service who seem powerless to actually provide any kind of service I have been refused a refund now multiple times

Thoroughly disappointed Wanted to believe in this company pan was good for a couple of weeks then started to stick despite following instructions Contacted Green Pan who were unhelpful basically said nothing wrong with their pans all the buyers fault Have now read all the other reviews and issues with their advertising and realise I am not alone Have now moved on to another company

Hello I still have not received my purchase Bpost is delivering it since Wednesday with no success even though I am waiting at home for them all those days I was informed yesterday that I can come pick my purchase at their post office I do hope I will find it there

Waste of money and unjustified expectations cellent

The first impression was excellent Food did not stick nice material and good design But The frying pan lasted exactly one and a half months Food began to stick cooking is impossible This is the worst and lowest quality frying pan I have ever had Waste of money and unjustified expectations
