Their products are cheap for a reason I bought two of the cafe drink bottles from Greenshop Online and the both leaked Speaking to customer service they advised I would need to return them at my own cost and they would test them If they do leak then they would refund me It would not be worthwhile after I pay for the return postage When I asked if they would be happy if that solution was proposed to them I just got a typical call centre answer That s all I can offer No attempt at all for customer satisfaction If I could I would give them negative stars

Very poor company
Parcel never turned up Had to spam them with emails to get a response with chat function on website not working Finally got an email back saying they didn t have the item in stock after weeks of waiting Cancelled the order and got a refund but very poor service

Warning Awful Customer Service
My initial experience with this company was positive but it took a drastic turn for the worse when I contacted them about a broken dehydrator I requested a replacement for the damaged goods and their response was utterly disappointing Instead of providing a fair resolution they treated me with blatant disrespect and rudeness Rather than handling the issue appropriately or addressing the claim with the courier who according to them damaged the goods they attempted to shift any associated costs onto me When I did not accept their unfair offer their behavior became even more hostile I was subjected to insults and an unprofessional attitude as if standing up for my rights was somehow a problem The entire customer service experience was a disgrace What began as a positive interaction ended in a complete failure of customer service I strongly recommend avoiding this company as their approach to resolving issues is seriously flawed and unacceptable I recommend avoiding interactions with Marol if possible

Bought two sets of ceramic knives on the 22nd of October today is the 5th of November if they re sending them from Tullamarine to Hoppers Crossing then the knives should be here by now I ve emailed them twice asking for an update on where my order is at and wondering why they haven t yet responded to my last email If I don t hear back from them by the end of this week then I ll be getting a refund from PayPal Very poor customer service as far as I m concerned

Disgusting customer service
I purchased a 32-Shelf Stainless Steel Dehydrator 170L from this store which I used regularly to dehydrate products for my business Within 12 weeks the bottom three trays on both sides stopped drying properly due to the dryer s poor design it s too tall for a single fan placed in the middle When I reached out to customer service I was appalled by their response Despite being under a 12-month warranty they told me simply not to use the trays that weren t working They then refused any meaningful support claiming they weren t responsible because I had used it for 12 weeks clearly ignoring their own warranty policy After numerous frustrating conversations they offered a mere 100 refund citing restocking fees and shipping costs that amounted to over 70 of the original price I find this response completely unacceptable especially given the product s warranty should still cover it for another nine months Their customer service has been dismissive and unsympathetic throughout going so far as to say what are we meant to do with the dryer now and insisting I was the only one with this issue Now they ve removed the product from their site making it impossible to leave an official review I m left with an expensive and poorly functioning appliance while the store dodges responsibility I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company if they can t stand behind their products or respect their own warranties

No customer service
I have ordered their bathtubs before which are great However their information was quite conflicting on how long a pre-order would take says your order is being prepared now for example I have chronic pain so I have written asking for a refund and the item not to be sent I have received ZERO correspondence for close to 48 hours no one answers the phone or actions emails I could really use the money back to purchase a faster solution
