Faulty Horo Folio case for iPhone XS

The Horo Folio case for my iPhone XS developed a hair line crack in the top right hand corner The case had not been dropped or been the subject of abuse I think the fault was stress induced Upon contacting Greenwich Design and providing details arrangements were immediately made for me to receive a replacement case which arrived within four days of my raising the matter I returned the faulty case with a pre paid postage label provided by Greenwich Design Wonderful service

High Quality Product from a High Quality Company

Greenwich are an excellent company to deal with Their products are of a very high quality I bought a cover for my iPhone X it was not cheap but it was of superb quality It had clearly been manufactured from the finest quality materials with an attention to detail that is second to none I have been delighted with it in every respect Their service is outstanding with prompt delivery and response Receiving my case was such a pleasure as it is packaged beautifully So not cheap but well worth the investment I m pleased to recommend them without reservation

Amazing I ordered the iPhone SE 2020 case in

I ordered the iPhone SE 2020 case in Beluga Black The case needless to say is beautiful It fits perfectly but could be a little more snug at the bottom it will not come loose but doesn t nestle in as well as the other 90 of the body The packaging and thought and care that went into this case and its shipping was incredible The packaging is beautiful and it s classy presentation is outstanding The case also came with a few hidden gems like some cream for the leather a cloth to rub it in and a little leaflet and bag to keep these accessories in My only criticism of Greenwich Design is that their online range is very limited and I would love to see a variety of products for different devices There is only one option for my phone and it would be nice to have a choice between some other designs - maybe one with a credit card pocket at the back - Buy from this company You won t regret it And their customer service is excellent

Greenwich simply one of the best companies

Having recently noticed two relatively minor stress fractures in the plastic component part of my iPhone case I brought this problem to the attention of the business I would add that the quality of the leather outer case remains perfect with no signs of distress or wear and tear Without any hesitation or protracted debate a new replacement iPhone case was despatched to me immediately this is without doubt an excellent level of customer service and Greenwich are simply one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with
