My boiler service and more

The Gregor heating engineer Darren came to give my oil fired boiler its yearly service and to fix the ball valve on the hot water tank Noticing that the valve on the heating tank was also faulty he kindly fixed that too Gregor Heating has always provided me with outstanding support and I am more than happy to recommend them and their team of engineers

Radiator taken off to plaster a wall When put back system not working Am on Heatplan with Gregor so called up immediately right at the end of the day As usual very friendly and helpful staff in the Office Within the hour Darren arrived He was very capable explained clearly what he was doing and why which was very reassuring Very shortly the system was up to pressure and all radiators working fine Great service

Boiler failing to restart after gas turned off

Darren attended quickly when our boiler would not restart after the gas had been turned off He identified the problem and checked that all was safe Thank you for the prompt and efficient service

Gas Fire Disconnection

Phil the Engineer was very helpful Disconnected the gas fire in our front room at the house we just moved into He took the time to test our radiators and boiler to check they were functioning properly and noticed the wall stat was not functioning something we missed as it was summer so we could have had problems come winter had he not noticed A company we have trusted with our heating requirements for many years would definitely recommend

John attended our property in order to help resolve some noise coming from our pipes He quickly identified where he thought the issue was coming from and resolved it without needing to cut more than a single hole in our ceiling Whilst he was here he also fixed minor issues with our kitchen tap and toilet which was much appreciated and above and beyond the service we expected

Skilled polite and knowledgeable engineers

Darren Parker came around and he was polite and we had our toddler running around and was very aware of this and mindful with his tools and where he left them Darren is the first engineer that has managed to make sense of our heating system ID ed faults that others had missed and taken the time to fully understand our heating system so that he could explain it to us I m so glad I called Gregor our heating system will finally be set right as it s not been working well for the last 2 years
