Relaxing Trip

Comfortable bus friendly driver good price and I enjoyed the scenery along the state highways instead of the boring Interstate ride

Great customer service

The price was right and the bus left and arrived at our destination on time despite the first snowfall of the year We needed to make some revisions to our reservation and the folks you call to do so were wonderful We wished EVERY business we had to deal with had customer service folks who were so pleasant Everyone we dealt with at the terminals and on the bus was also very pleasant

Comfy seats perfectly warm temp Bus driver so nice friendly helpful he drove w no problems Perfection Very very happy w my Greyhound experience due to this driver don t remember name woman who sat across from me so talkative friendly We enjoyed every bit of ride She hugged driver when got to Portland

GREYHOUND IS ALTERNATIVE I took a flight from Mesa

I took a flight from Mesa AZ to Tulsa OK to ring in the New Year with friends Not knowing there are no return flights Not wanting to cause inconvenience for my friends I rode Greyhound from Tulsa to Oklahoma City with intent to catch a flight home to Mesa Due to savings riding greyhound I extended my visit to spend time with a family member I returned home on Greyhound due to the renewal of faith in mankind the ride from Tulsa gave me There was one gentlemen in particular who was tracking the bus on his phone He had showed me it was going to be over 2 hours late During this time he my son and I would take turns watching our luggage during smoke breaks At Oklahoma City s Depot he had missed his connection bus We were waiting for our Lyft ride A king cab truck had stalled at a traffic lite while turning right Both driver and passenger jump out of truck and start pushing truck to complete turn and be off the road The same gentlemen sees what is happening runs out of parking lot through traffic to reach truck and starts helping push the truck out of traffic I thanked him for being the kind of person who renew my faith in mankind s survival He tells me that was his last smoke and he didn t get to smoke it all I gave him one to smoke and two for later Our Lyft arrived and as I am getting in I think dang Lola you should have given him the whole pack I had not ridden Greyhound for years Now I would recommend Greyhound as an alternative or primary mode of travel

Clear and patient

The bus driver from East Lansing to Detroit was clear when making announcements and patient to repeat herself when someone didn t understand what she said

The drivers that were driving the buses on all three of my legs were great very informative and knowledgeable they need to get raises and rewarded
