After buying a Videro G-4 Vario the infrared Prime zone was defected Only one of the three fields get red and hot After correspondence with Grillfuerst I got a new zone within 2 5 weeks Although there was no recommendation how to replace the zone it was not a real challenge to do it The new zone works perfectly Overall good service
