Order-registration-money transferred After requesting notification that something has changed 3 days later cancellation of the order of Grip500 and goods 150 more expensive I can only advise everyone not to buy from Grip

Fraudsters

Fraudsters The company does not comply with Danish law and provides no customer service I bought 4 new tires three weeks ago which were delivered by courier after a few days When I unpack the tires I notice large bulges and distortions in one of the tires I immediately take pictures and send a written complaint to Grip500 They reject the complaint claiming that there s nothing wrong According to them the bulges and distortions will straighten out when the tire is mounted I contact our local tire fitter who has a different opinion He believes there is a risk that the tire cannot be properly balanced due to the bulges and distortions The same feedback comes from another local workshop I write to Grip500 that we do not agree with their assessment and I request a replacement tire This is rejected and I m told that if I want to return anything it will be at my own expense I ve now been arguing with them for nearly 3 weeks They refuse to help and also won t sell me a new tire as a replacement for the defective one I have offered to have the tire mounted to see if they are right with the understanding that they would send a new tire if they re wrong They simply refer to the fact that if the tire has been mounted it can no longer be returned Regardless of what we do I have simply bought the 4 tires as they are including the bulges and distortions Their customer service is not Danish so all communication from their side has been done through Google Translate They have been downright rude and unpleasant in their language towards me as a customer I cannot in any way recommend people to do business with them ZERO stars from here 17 11 my reply to grip500 s reply For real Please check my case and come back with a more serious answer This standard bs answer is to no use at all

What a fraud They have never delivered you can only speak with a chatbot on WhatsApp or on their contact page where they answer every three days providing zero updates but vague excuses AVOID PS as usual this review got the same answer to may many tickets fabricated answer that leads nowhere The ticket has been opened 20 days ago you never gave any delivery window despite multiple reminders and requests You only provide standardized prefabricated answers and you are not reimbursing either AVOID THIS COMPANY
