Recently got a damaged tire so needed
Recently got a damaged tire so needed to order one tire with exactly same dimensions as the rest Ordered Pirelli Scorpion 225 55 R18 received and successfully installed it but right after installation I noticed that new tire has width 235 I was frustrated as I would need to spend my time again on this problem but hopped that shop would exchange the tire without any problems as this is their mistake In reality their customer support service is extremely unsatisfying they refused to exchange the tire as it has been already installed moreover they refused to give me at least some discount for the new tire and started to completely ignore me So basically I wasted 170 euro for the tire that I don t need not mentioning the labor costs Terrible experience

Purchased tires on January 6th today is January 20th and I still do not have the delivery Communication is going through AI chatbot SEUR delivery is the same crap with chatbot tracking the parcel doesn t work Only no-reply emails of failed delivery attempts assuming I stay home all day Asked for a refund Never again shall I purchase from this place
