No actual support

The Order method was good but the delivery was sooo porly I know that some may say that this becouse of the local transport company but I think that it is always up to the delivering company to choose and Quality assure the transportation company with good agreements In my case they said that my tires was delivered got a postal message to go and pickup my tires Went to the pickup place and they said that they didnt have it so I emailed Grip500 and got a response like two days later saying that they had sent a message to the delivery company and after like 4 more days I got new Postal message saying that if I dont pick the tires up in 10 days they would go back so I had a choise to go in to the delivery companys webpage and choise the delivery option even though I payed and already made that choise through grip500 while ordering the tires I went in to the webpage while having to type 4 different long oder numbers because for some reason my 4 tires wasnt in one order Go figure While in the webpage there was only one choise that I was able to make and that was to go and pick them up even further away at there depo pickup spot haha This is all so terrible and please dont blame it all on Corona becouse apparently there is a missmatch between what grip500 promisses and what the delivery company offers I am so tired of this tried to earn like 50 Euros but it ends up with me loosing money on this deal and frustration is horrible

For some reason you don t seem to READ support messages I just got nonsense replies from you Clearly NO EFFORT was made to actually support me the customer Great Improvement Potential What you should have done as soon as you realized the delivery issue would have been to send new delivery make sure it went to correct address and restock the first delivery when resent from Postnord DPD or whoever made the mistake Not make me spend hours on the phone with DPD PostNord support

I got ripped tire

The actual company who I choose for mounting of the tire had no connection or agreement with adtyre or Grip500 and the actual price was more than the double amount specified by Grip500 in connection with the buying process on their home page The owner of the company was not amused as this is common not only for them but for other colleagues in the tyre mounting business in the region too

I ordered tyres on 27th March and it has been returned in the system without informing me 05258999127979 and 05258999127980 I was asked to order again and told that I will get the refund As per in the system the parcel has been returned on 22nd November but customer care says still it hasn t come to their stores system I did the second order on 29th November Best llningsnummer 13893163 and as in the system it has been delivered to the collecting center on 4th November Don t know the address of the collecting center Still I didn t get any notice or phone call May be it will go back again as the first time in about 2 days Ridiculous

GRIP500 does not deliver on their promises Delivery took 11 days - the promise was 48-72 hours Customer service was unwilling and arrogant can t really be called customer service When delivery fails nobody deals with it and takes action Stay away and buy tyres locally - too much hassle with these people You re better off on your own Good luck Christian
