Fantastic delivery and amazing boots recommended by a friend and not disappointed Comfortable from the first wear - actually wore them for 10 miles Waterproof and great value

I d always envied people who got on

I d always envied people who got on with leather walking boots- due to odd shaped feet I had to make do with more flexible Goretex boots which were comfortable but the goretex would break down swiftly due to toe line creases and I d get wet feet Tempted by a very positive Grisport Fuse boots review and very good customer advice for Grisport I decided to take the risk I ordered three different sizes of the Fuse boot and then once delivered tried on all sizes during the day- far less pressure than having to make a decision in a shop I settled on the best fit and returned the other two pairs free of charge for a refund Given my odd feet the boots were not immediately comfortable but by taking regular short walks and removing the laces from the toe box so that the lacing started over the instep the boots became more comfortable quickly Now three months later I love my boots I easily do 8-9 miles in them they feel very comfortable and I m not in a rush to take them off at the end of a walk I m pleased I persevered with leather boots as the extra comfort from a firm boot definitely makes walking over rough terrain more secure and comfortable I would also recommend the try different sizes at home approach Making the decision after a day or two without any sales pressure and the ease of returning surplus pairs was the obvious method when unsure of boot fit

Thank you for your excellent customer service I contacted Grisport after my new waterproof shoes leaked Gavin organised the return and replacement very promptly and efficiently I still like the shoes which are comfortable and hopefully waterproof

Great boots at a good price and instant dispatch I placed 3 orders in the last 6 months and they are all great My husband really likes his Ranger boots as they are longer and work well on his early morning walk with our dogs up the hill which can be wet with long grass My ladyglide boots are a joy to wear and no rubbing We both benefited from last weeks deal of the week buying a pair of Glencoe each And the walking packs are a real treat The bonus was Gavin at customer service He was really helpful and knowledgeable a truly lovely man We are new to this company and would highly recommend them
