The classes are great and the coaches
Joining this gym initially an 8 week challenge has literally transformed my life The gym has created a community and I love everything about it including the social media groups Another bonus for this gym is the cr che although I don t require this now I wish I had access to this when my children where younger I am yet to have my children enjoy the student membership and take them The team Mike Carl Ann Emily Rob and rest make the difference It s been the best decision I ve made in a long time x

Great atmosphere
After not stepping in a gym for years I joined as part of an 8 week challenge The advice and guidance throughout were wonderful and the team were always on hand to answer any fitness or nutrition questions I ve never been into classes before but now I m doing at least 5 each week They are varied and adaptable so you can work at your own pace They definitely get you sweating Addicted to the energy and buzz of this place It s wonderful to see so many people transforming into fitter healthier versions of themselves

Amazing gym more like a community for
I love this gym there are great classes a vast range of equipment lots of support from the staff there and the best part there is a creche so on my maternity leave I can get back to fitness

I absolutely love this gym
I absolutely love this gym The staff and the members are so friendly I never had that awkward new person atmosphere when joined I have 4 children 2 teenagers and 2 younger children and I love that we all go to the gym together my younger 2 go in the creche why my teenagers come to class They are always improving the gym with new equipment adding new classes and I love the mum and me class which I do with my baby There is no pressure to join and pay a contract you can pay monthly or pay as you go for classes
