Chris visited us promptly on Friday 5th April He was a very polite man and put no pressure on us to buy the product at all He was very respectful of our home and even removed his shoes on entering our house He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of our questions fully He demonstrated the rise recline chair completely explaining all the different elements and accessories fully We were so happy with the rise recline chair he demonstrated that we felt more than happy to place an order there and then We would certainly recommend Grosvenor Mobility to our friends and family without hesitation Kath Jim Roche

Cameron the sales representative from Grosvenor Mobility who came to our resident was great in explaining about the product showing how the accessories work how will it help with my sleeping problem He was so patient in answering our so many inquiries without being so pushy to make a sale which we like from a sales person He helped us to decide whether to purchase from this company by showing us options on how the price could be lowered from the original price Thank you Cameron I cannot wait to have this massager bed to alleviate my sleepless nights

Great service

Looking for a profiling adjustable bed to suit my paraplegic wife myself had a visit from Kevin Shaw who showed us one of the adjustable beds and it was amazing So comfortable relaxing bespoke The bed we wanted could be sorted and made within a few weeks which will suit us perfectly and thanks to Kevin will even fit perfectly into the bedroom s aesthetic

Steve was a great bloke he was very helpful and explained everything to us we tried the chair he had it was well made we loved it especially the heat and the massage I nearly fell asleep as i was really comfortable we were happy with our demo and nothing was too much trouble Steve has no hair but all the flare

Jamie went above and beyond when he visited our home to discuss Grosvenor Mobility furniture He treated my 90 year-old mum with such patience and kindness and I cannot recommend both the company and Jamie highly enough Thanks to Jamie s expert guidance we have ordered both a chair and a bed with great confidence This is truly an excellent company and their staff have integrity professionalism and immense expertise and I would not hesitate to order from them again

Delighted

A genuine half-price sale for the bed unlike some other firms I contacted delivered on time by two guys who hoovered under the bed and even made the bed up for me The raised bottom half is great for my foot problems and the top half a treat for reading in bed - with the massage unit an extra bonus All in all I am delighted with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received
