Great for written exam prep

I got Gold Seal to prepare for my written exam and for that purpose it was quite helpful The lessons are presented well and professionally with access to further reading linked right on each lesson page The staff has always been quick to respond when I ve asked questions on things I ve not been 100 clear on as well For an online school I feel like more than just a subscriber I feel like Russ and the staff feel committed to my success and Gold Seal continues to be a great resource to brush up on topics as I continue my flight training

Gold Seal was fundamental in helping me pass the private pilot knowledge test The information was explained in a way that is easy to understand and easy to apply I would recommend Gold Seal to anyone who is looking for an online ground school

Gold Seal got me through it

I signed up for Gold Seal Online Ground School several years ago to prepare for the Part 107 exam I would get close to being ready for the exam and then life would get in the way and I would not take it I finally decided to schedule the exam and prepare for that date Gold Seal was immensely helpful The lessons are clear The flash cards quizzes and exams help you understand the material and there are videos and popups that help you when you encounter an area of difficulty Highly recommended

This course makes it easy I M NOT KIDDING

I have dreaded having to learn ALL the things required to pass the instrument written exam I honestly equated it to taking a college level calculus class but worse since I would be teaching myself Thankfully I signed up for the Gold Seal course I looked into other popular choices and I can confidently say I made the correct choice Others use childish cartoons and other supposed learning aids which only distract the learner and contribute nothing toward actual learning This is BY FAR the best course in existence

Highly Recommend

I just passed my written yesterday thanks to Gold Seal I had tried two other schools previously and I just didn t feel like it flowed and built upon each lesson Gold seal was the complete opposite What did I like the most Quizzes after most lessons to ensure I had grasped the concepts and understanding of each lesson additional sources in each lesson for further reference and review as well as the interactive videos For a couple recommendations it would be nice to be able to download the flash cards as well as have a way to review the missed questions in the practice exams section instead of having to scroll past all the ones that were correct Maybe have the missed ones accessible at the top when reviewed All in all I would highly recommend Gold Seal to anyone that is looking for an online course I will plan to use the IFR school as soon as I finish my PPL

Absolutely amazing online ground

Absolutely amazing online ground school Used the Private Pilot course for getting my Sport Pilot certificate and passed my written with a 90 The course has amazing in depth videos and study materials and never leaves you guessing The Facebook group they have is awesome for getting help in as Russel is very active in it and his customer support team is top notch Definitely have no regrets going with Gold Seal

I tried Sportys and Sheppard Air

I tried Sportys and Sheppard Air Sportys course wasn t really clicking and Sheppard seemed overwhelming The folks at Gold Seal got me over the finish line with my instrument written I was getting mid to upper 90 s on this practice exams walked away with an 88 on the real exam Highly recommend Gold Seal

I purchased the lifetime private pilot ground school so I could study at my own pace without time limits The ground school is easy to navigate and understand The section overviews visuals in the videos Section quizzes practice tests and everything else that helped me pass the knowledge test with flying colors Gold Seal literally has a customer for life

I teach aerospace to 146 students at a STEM high school 40 of my third year students will be taking the FAA written exam as their EOPA end of three year pathway assessment this year Our school system has provided each of these students with their own copy of Gold Seal s ground school course The production quality is excellent only exceeded by their customer support and service Response time is immediate and resourceful Highly recommend
