Dear fellow consumers I am writing to share a deeply troubling experience with Group Online exposing practices that demand immediate attention and caution Call for Caution We strongly urge Group Online to exercise caution and refrain from selling contracts to minors in the future Upon checking with Ramona the mom and contractee it was her initial and instinctual thought to urge Antonia her 15-year-old daughter to confirm her minor status This implicates Nassim who was fully aware of the context and proceeded to exploit the situation to sell their largest package worth 270 000 dkk over 7 years Communication Process From the first cold call initiated by Group Online the communication process took an alarming turn Ramona the contractee lacking proficiency in Danish and very basic english skills directed her minor daughter to check on the persistent calls to her newly registered CVR for her Reng ring services Shockingly thoughout the entire process there was no direct communication with Ramona before during or after the contract signing neither via phone face-to-face nor email All communication including explanations and signing was channeled through her 15-year-old daughter Antonia Initial Engagement and Plea for Cancellation Ramona mistake was to engage with Group Online due to their persistent calls and through her minor daughter Group Online managed to sell their largest package for a 7-year term under exaggerated promises and misleading descriptions taking advantage of the situation Antonia called to express the mistake that has been made and begged to CANCEL IT within the first month before anything had been developed However Nassim insisted with fluffy promises joking about being able to buy a house in Dubai becoming a millionaire within 2 years assuring her that everything would be alright just to trust him as he promised to Antonia minor that he knows what he is talking about Habibi you have to trust me I have many clients that started like you and now they are rich In short despite Antonia s multiple calls to rectify the mistake and plea for cancellation within the first month were dismissed with fluffy promises exploiting her trust Contract Signing Details The signing session lacked transparency marked by coercion Present were Nassim from Group Online Ramona and her minor daughter Antonia Despite Antonia s inability to comprehend the terms she was the sole participant in facilitating the entire process Ramona attending for the first and only time was pressured into signing the seven-year contract without time for reflection She came to check out what it was all about with zero intentions to sign right away Unfortunately Nassim took advantage of the moment and context and did not give her even one day to check with a capable adult review their online terms and conditions or think it over whatsoever Contract Terms Group Online presented a seven-year contract to a minor with no marketing or business understanding Ramona was misled into believing she would pay 5000 kr quarterly without moms and 7500 with moms revealing the exploitative sales approach and or Antonia s inability to understand the terms or even the math behind the contract Promises such as securing the first position on Google two client leads a day and the prospect of achieving financial freedom through Group Online were misleading Our Fair Settlement Proposal Ramona proposes taking down the website acknowledging the mistake and discontinuing the 270 000 DKK contract Notably Ramona is not seeking a refund for payments she made so far 26 000 kr Conclusion I strongly caution against engaging with Group Online particularly in contracts involving minors Nassim s awareness of Antonia s age highlights a disturbing lack of ethical conduct Sebastian seems aware of the case offering no resolution other than a 96 000 kr settlement without moms or 120 000 DKK incl moms They took advantage of the moment and in the context of gaining their trust as professionals with multiple similar experiences via a minor with misleading contract and a factual presentation with no terms or conditions on the paper they signed only to be read online on their website pumped with exaggerated promises of making the client a millionaire within max two years managed to secure a signature on a brochure they call a contract Is that legal or fair business practice Call for further action We urge others with similar experiences bordering on illegal practices to contact us We aim to compile collective cases for media and legal action Med venlig hilsen Neculai Deloiu

Hey everybody I would like to share my opinion about Group Online They are quite a solid company and their marketing is very good At least the guy who visit me was very good in his job Probably because of commission But after that you could not count on them much Their strategy is based on long-term contracts and probably this is the way they want to keep their customers I signed luckily for 3 years because there was an option for 5 or 7 years From now my principle is to DO NOT SIGN any contracts for more than 1 year no matter what The trick here is that every time you want to add some service your contract will be extended with 3 years from the date you make the change About the web page they just copied my text which was already very good They didn t organize it well the fields were unstructured and the shrift was very impropriated and mixed by meaning I did not pay in time and they sent me right away to Inkasso which is not very kind and collegially for partners There are many more things I could share but it will take too long In conclusion - better find another solution for your web
