Covid related or bad business practice
I placed an order with the understanding that Covid had created all kinds of delays with orders being processed and shipping times This was not an issue My issue was that I received an email with Tracking that my order was complete and ready to ship After a week of not receiving my order I checked the tracking with the shipper and there was no transit movement all I reached out to Grow depot and was told that the full order could not be completed that this was caught in shipping dept and it was just a matter of day or so before new stock was in and the completed order would ship immediately After waiting 3 or 4 days I just cancelled the order ordered through amazon I wouldn t be as angry as I was if I didnt receive email with tracking and told it was going to ship Not sure if this was strictly covid related or just bad luck Not a Happy Camper either way
