Great Partner for overseas distribution

We ve been relying on GroWrk for almost two years now to handle our IT hardware needs in the Philippines mainly sourcing Apple devices MacBooks and Asus monitors for our team there They ve been pretty solid overall One thing I appreciate is their responsiveness We had a situation recently where we needed a last-minute laptop order fulfilled and they really went the extra mile to expedite things even though it wasn t their standard process It was a huge help and saved us a lot of headaches Besides sourcing equipment we also use GroWrk for device recovery which is convenient It s nice having a single vendor to handle everything As far as downsides go I d say their standard delivery times are a bit on the long side They always meet their SLAs but sometimes it takes a bit longer than we d like It s manageable though because they re consistent so we can plan around it If you re looking for a reliable partner to handle IT procurement and device lifecycle management in the Philippines GroWrk is worth considering They are good to work with they get the job done and their team is helpful I assume this experience will extend to other Geos as well and they same level of customer service would persist

As an IT analyst I ve worked with a lot of service providers but Growkr has really stood out We ve used them across Brazil Mexico the US and Europe and honestly they ve been fantastic every step of the way They take amazing care of our computers everything is delivered in perfect condition set up properly and ready to go It s such a relief to know I don t have to double-check everything myself Their delivery times are fair and most importantly consistent I never have to chase them down or wonder when something will arrive For example when we expanded our team in Mexico they handled the equipment logistics so smoothly that it felt like they were an extension of our own team What I really appreciate is how responsive and approachable they are If there s ever an issue or last-minute request I know I can count on them to help without making me feel like I m asking for too much They ve made my job so much easier and I couldn t recommend them enough
