Excellent communication and attention After I submitted my patch design I was quickly contacted with a draft that was pretty darn good right from the start Each time I offered feedback Teresa quickly addressed my feedback with professionalism and artistic skill I think it never went more than 24 hours between my email to Teresa and then Teresa sending me a draft reflecting what I asked for Can t beat that After a few rounds of adjustments Teresa had a design that I love that we sent out for processing Thank you

Ordered a set of pins and stickers the stickers actually came with a massive discount thanks to the pins Ingrid contacted me within a few hours about the order and was a massive help in getting them processed and shipped quickly Responded very quickly to any questions Ordered them on Nov 1 and got them on the 11th A whole week earlier than expected Final products look great and I m extremely pleased with the quality and service Definitely coming back to the company for any future orders
