Really poor customer service week on order still not be dispatch don t trust this company customer service not botherd only to take your money if not going to send goods I want my money back people you been warned about this company go elsewhere

If I could give this company zero stars
If I could give this company zero stars I would I placed an order before Christmas for items that were supposedly in stock and would be with me in time for Christmas Nearly 3 weeks later there is absolutely no sign of the items All the company can tell me is that they ve had a technical difficulty and they re investigating what has happened to my order They ve tried to push the blame on to Royal Mail but when I check the tracking number on the RM website RM say they re still waiting for the parcel Interestingly every time I contact GS Equestrian the despatch information seems to update at their end but not at RM s end I also made a comment about this poor service on GS Equestrian s Instagram page and that was deleted so clearly this company has something to hide My advice look and spend your money elsewhere because this company behaves very badly and doesn t rectify any issues quickly at all despite holding on to your money It s disgraceful and is blatant theft and it seems there are others who have had the same experience Avoid avoid avoid

Do they really have the products they are advertising
I am still waiting for my order with no idea of when it is going to be sent out I received an email saying due to high volume there was a delay but still no products or any idea when they will be sent In the meantime they still continue to take orders and my horse has no rug They seem to advertise cheaply and then do not deliver I think it is just a way to get customers to the site - misleading advertising with no intention to deliver

Terrible customer service
Really bad experience and would be purchasing from here again Ordered a pair of boots not cheap was supposed to be sent in 2 days but didn t hear anything for 4 days Then got a email and text saying my order was cancelled with no explanation as to why When I called the customer service I had a very unhelpful lady who just said they can t send it as they are out of stock and they aren t getting any more She was very rude and abrupt Would never order from them again due to the lack of communication and terrible customer service

SLOW and no customer service
Fine as long as there isn t a problem as their customer service is non existent My order didn t arrive long after it was due so I chased it up with them They didn t even have the courtesy to reply to my email instead sent the order out on a standard delivery service As they didn t send it out by the time they were supposed to you would think they would upgrade the delivery service as a matter of course Took 2 weeks to receive the order in the end Save yourself the headache and order from elsewhere

Really really poor Paid on a Wednesday for next day delivery and on Friday still nothing sent I had to call up and find that the product not coming even though I took the day off work - and could be shipped Friday when it was Friday I needed it for Would not recommend and very very disappointed

Absolutely poor customer service
Absolutely poor customer service Purchase a thinline muzzle and headcollar Wrong size was sent due to an error on their website fair enough sent back for a replacement and took forever to arrive Then it arrived and the headpiece was missing They said they would send a replacement It never arrived I had to chase them and the replacement headpiece arrived and is completely the size It has taken around 6 weeks so far The customer service is so slow and I ve even been asked for photographs Emailed about the headpiece and still haven t had a reply I will think twice about using this company again in the future 80 on a muzzle that I can t use

Not very happy was ment to be a Christmas present order was for 4 rugs so not a little order only to receive a email saying 1 was faulty so couldn t send then to find out the items will be arriving after Christmas the 27th so now Christmas eve I need to run around looking for replacements aslo I have to pay for returns and won t get a refund till the new year well just not good enough
