This was my 1st Gucci purse n even though I expected it to be a little more bigger I am still happy I m satisfied because like they say you pay for quality I will definitely buy again I paid to get my purse the next day n it got here because noon The way it was wrapped up was beautiful

1st Gucci online purchase and delivery

Quite good They ve had some issues in the past where you don t get your waybill number therefore can t chase up the delivery if something goes wrong but this is now rectified I got a waybill number along with the option to reschedule the delivery or collect from a pick up point Dispatch was very quick and the scarf is lovely comes in a nice gift box too Up until now I ve purchased my Gucci stuff mostly from Harrods but I might stick to Gucci com from now on

Amazing service can not fault My chain on my bracelet broke after around 11 months I contracted Gucci and due to COVID I could not get to any of the stores as they were to far so they arranged a delivery pick up they kept me informed at all times and I just received the bracelet back which came in a new beautiful box and bag and it looks brand new absolutely amazing service thank you
