Working with Frosina from Guesty has been great Very in-depth and always helpful Our zoom meeting are in great detail and is always will to help I have recommended Frosina to other Harcourts Holiday Rental Companies The plans Guetsy have in place i beleive will make sore a smoother process in the future

Guestys support is prompt and thorough we love our main contact Ellie she is a wonderful helpful and person to work with They insure all issues are resolved promptly and checks in to see how we are going regularly

Good PM Software

The Guesty software is an all-around good property management solution They have lots of APIs to many of the major and even some small players in the short-term rental space The best part of guesty is their customer service team I do like that their software is constantly improving and becoming more friendly every quarter

Guesty has been great

Guesty has been an amazing product for us to use on a daily basis to manage our homes across London and short-let bookings The customer support is really great too which is so helpful while trying to navigate the software and new product features I look forward to our business evolving as the Guesty product also evolves and learning to really optimise all of the products available through the software

Guesty is definitely user friendly and very easy to adapt to new features Multi calendar is a genius feature and it helps a lot in keeping our business running smoothly Their customer service team is amazing they are always in touch with us and always ask and take action on what they can do to improve the quality of our experience We really feel that we are a team here and we are very happy to be a part of it

Everything you need in one spot

I love the convenience of having all our properties easily accessible and update our listings The Price Optimizer is my favorite feature to use I can adjust pricing and discounts with ease Everything you need is right at your fingertips from guest relations to pricing to marketing I work a lot with Dani she has been super supportive and was able to answer any questions that I have had I use Guesty every day from booking reservations all the way to accounting I highly recommend them

What do you like best about Guesty

What do you like best about Guesty Their Customer Service has been nothing short of amazing After trying several other Property Management softwares we have found that Guesty has been by far the easiest to set up learn and management Extremely user friendly and we love that it has everything all together No more bouncing back in forth in between the different platforms Guesty has excellent customer service Kiersten Warner is our account manager she has been an absolute lifesaver to us She is very responsive to our messages very informed and trained on what she is doing She offers lots of helpful tips and information She goes above and beyond to help us find a resolution to whatever we may be dealing with

Great but can improve

It has been great so far I d love to have this platform updated as sometimes the messages arrive in my inbox with a few minutes delay
