I ordered this product late last year

I ordered this product late last year and the product was good The only downfall is their customer service Around November last year I had an order cancelled and refunded and I couldn t find the website anywhere I assume someone else took over as it was up and running a couple weeks later When December came round another payment was taken from my account but no product was delivered I emailed the customer service to get this rectified and for my subscription to be cancelled and I ve had no response Fast forward 6 payments of 15 have been taken from my account and 6 bottles not being delivered despite them sending me emails to say it s on its way End of April they finally responded to one of the countless emails I ve sent apologising and have sent the 6 bottles in one package even though I asked for the 70 odd being refunded and my subscription being cancelled which they ignored I received the package however it only contained 1 bottle Now they are completely ignoring my emails DO NOT USE

Never buy from here

We initially tried this product as we bought some at an exhibition I sought out the website to buy the very same gummies which they state is next day delivery 1 week and a bit and no sign of it They have generated an Evri label but Evri has not even received it They don t respond to emails Their customer service is despicable Such an unprofessionally gross business This makes me now also question their product They should be ashamed of themselves Either they aren t able to fulfil orders but gladly take peoples money or are just plain lazy and this business is just some little side hustle that they don t put 100 in I am disgusted with them and annoyed and have demanded a refund which I probably will not get so I am escalating it and reporting them and also getting my bank to pursue the payment It s not even about the money its a matter of principle They should be ashamed of themselves A pathetic amateur little company that can t even send out an order on time Yet happy to take people s cash DO NOT buy from here as you will never see your product or money again

Update Almost a month later since previous review and still not product has been received nor have I been issued a refund They do not respond through their customer services email DO NOT make an order with this fraudulent company They will take your money generate an Evri label and then never send out your product The way they operate is absurd Clearly they are people who are out of their depth or just are outright taking peoples hard earned money People purchase vitamins often for health reasons and because they are sick I suffer from a health condition and thought that this was a trustworthy company having bought some of their gummies at a halal food festival The owners of this company are Muslims however they clearly do not know how to conduct themselves in a moral way in accordance with the values of their faith If they are not able to honour order due to being a failed business they should do the right thing and take down their website rather than continuing to profit off people who are sick and looking for natural alternatives cures for their health conditions I accessed the citizens advice website today and obtained the link for the online form for trading standards and have reported this so called business They need to take down their website I have also reported to my bank and advised the bank to make a note of this company s fraudulent activity Please do not buy from here You will have your money stolen Please buy from other reputable companies who will honour your order To the business owners who are reading this from one Muslim to another I hope you feel absolutely ashamed of yourselves You have no morals no honour and are an embarassment to Islam showing up at halal food festivals I have personally reached out to a number of these festival organisers and notified them of your fraudulent actions to ensure that you are never able to do what you have been doing to me and other honest customers
