Highly recommend these guys I spoke to Emma owner on the phone before ordering a replacement dummy for my launcher she went to the effort to check what I needed would work advised me against buying one thing on the grounds it would not be the best option What I did order was great and came next day Really good people to deal with highly recommend Thanks Rupert

This is how customer service should be
I cannot recommend Gundog Gear highly enough Their customer service is exemplary I purchased one of the hybrid launchers and I didn t realise until at least 10 months later that there was an issue with one of the dummies It was replaced straight away I then had further issues as it should have had the dual launcher option included and this was missing The launcher was returned so the adapter could be fitted I have just received it back Delivery is always very fast and Matty has been nothing short of helpful and polite throughout I have made several purchases from Gundog Gear and they have all been great quality

I brought a Firedog Trainer Dummy Vest as a gift via their online ordering Worried about pre-Christmas delivery I telephoned the company It s a small business and the personal customer service I received was brilliant They took time to keep me informed and make sure I was happy The product looks to be really good quality It was like dealing with friends I m really impressed
