I ve reserved the 30W I m already looking forward to it coming in to my ideas but it s so disappointing that I ve waited so long than the original plan you said sales When the goods arrived I read the manual and started starting the machine but it didn t work at all I contacted the support team and they made me open all the machines to check I had to do what they said too and as a result the power cord of the product was broken They said they would send me a new line but I waited for almost 20 days but didn t get it I had to contact you again when they said the company is buying the power cord what It s been over 20 days and the company is still buying Then when will I receive it and use it I asked them to change the phone but I haven t received an answer yet
