very bad casino I asked several times if they would close my account but they did not do that so I gambled away money again They offered a refund but they keep you on the line for 3 months and then they ignore you and do not help you anymore They do nothing but nothing about responsible gaming

Hello Very bad casino I have asked a dutch national for a full refund since by law im allowed to ask for this as their license is not allowing dutch nationals to play Its been 1 5 month since this has been asked every day i email them and every day i hear the same they need more time its an absolute joke they either pay it out or i will take them to the dutch ksa And their gamingboard 18-12-2024 update Still no refund Every day the same mail for 3 months stating the same It takes some additional time for the matter to be resolved im done with this they are stalling time Its horrible how they treat customers 07-01-2025 Its been over 4 months And still no refund 100 emails stating that the case takes longer Always same reply that the team is reviewing and it takes more time Listen if u cant refund after more then 4 months Then u should be ashamed as a casino Dont play here 14-01-2025 UPDATE still same replys as day 1 Still no refund copy and paste answers The support blames it on their departments first serves first comes well poor customers if they need to wait for 4 months Its a disgrace

i am still waiting for my refund i requested this in september 2024 and still haven t received it every day i am told they are working on it but they are not i have asked several times in the past if they could close my account and they didn t do that which made me lose a lot of money as a dutch player you should not play here because they don t have a license and they don t adhere to responsible gaming
