The friendliest and most equipped gym I ve ever trained at
I ve been gyming at different gyms inside and outside of london for around 6 years female age 26 and I ve not been to a friendlier less intimidating gym that s so incredibly well equipped than GYMBOX Elephant and Castle When I got first showed round it felt like an overwhelming TV ad of people kick-boxing powerlifting flipping tyres dancing doing weights all under fluorescent lights with banging tunes I 100 thought when I joined I d be completely self-conscious and feel lesser of myself because I was surrounded by such fit athletic people But it was the opposite Everyone is so in their zone it s the least stared at I ve ever been which as a young women feels freeing- oh And there s a fantastic queer community there so genuinely the men aren t looking at you honey I m queer as well and love the vibe Finally I joined because I wanted to learn how to dance and dance studios seemed too scary as a beginner I go to their callback classes twice a week which are like learning dances to your favourite songs and Floorplay once a week being sexy on the floor The teachers are phenomenal and so friendly the dances are so fun and literally no one in the class other than the teacher is a proper dancer so we re all just finding our feet and laughing as we go Made friends from those classes and I have NEVER made friends at a gym so it feels like a big deal

Did a class at holborn and Emma at reception booked me into the dance class I loved GYMBOX Holborn it s a great gym and Emma was so nice and friendly she showed me around and couldn t have been more helpful

Had a great experience at Gymbox Frequently using the West field Gymbox staff super friendly and a buzzy environment The membership team were especially helpful Shout out to Natalie who was extremely responsive and escalated my inquiry to the management team to solve my issue Excellent service and would recommend joining
