I placed an order six days ago and my items still haven t been dispatched despite the stated 1-3 day dispatch timeframe I ve also emailed their customer service three times over three days and received no response

DO NOT USE Placed order 17th November payment processed by my Bank on 18th November Chased customer service 5 times to find out if order been dispatched- no reply 9 days later Contacting my Bank for refund contacting Retail Ombudsman

Delivery times

As per the most recent reviews The delivery times are way off I am not sure who is running the operations but it needs fixing They also send no updates to let you know your orders are delayed You have to remember to chase For such a brand I expect at least basic service

I ordered one of the Gymkhana fine foods feasting packages I did have some questions and queries before placing my order and had a positive experience with their customer service team whom answered all my question out clearly Now to the products themselves the quality of the food was Phenomenal everyone enjoyed it with some left over I was very impressed with the instructions booklet which made the preparation easy and efficient it was clearly set out which made it so easy to prepare Overall had a wonderful experience ordering from Gymkhana fine foods and I am excited to order again in the near future

Superb feast

It s the 3rd time I m getting a paneer feast It s simply amazing so tasteful and so easy to get it ready I would recommend it
