Mark and Mick arrived on time and despite a broken brake caliper and having to take off the wheel of the vehicle to check they managed to load and unload the hot tub with great efficiency and with a smile on their faces throughout the whole move One thing I would add however is the quote was for the move of the hot tub I didn t expect to have to help push and pull but nevertheless it all worked out fine

Great customer service makes all the difference

While I haven t had the hot tub installed yet Pauline helped me get delivery sorted really quickly to help me get it in before access was blocked off by building works - she was super helpful Conor and Josh delivered it today and just had a brilliant can do attitude getting it through a tricky building site Legends I don t normally leave reviews but the customer service was excellent here Hopefully they ll help me with the process of getting it up and running when the time comes

I had my just4two delivered today by Josh and Conor brilliant lads very chatty and cheerful even though to route to the final spot involved going through a neighbours garden after removing a fence then after setting it all up they even put the fence back Hot tub looks great it s still heating but can t wait to try it

Conor and Josh were extremely efficient arrived on time and called me prior to delivery They cracked straight on with installing the hot tub When they had finished they explained in depth about the maintenance and the different chemicals and hot to use the functions Really pleased with the service received including prior to delivery Pauline couldn t be more helpful Very happy with our purchase

From visiting the showroom and getting great advice from Pauline we ordered there and then delivery and installation was within 4 weeks Conor and Josh the dream team came and from start to finish were friendly knowledgeable and totally professional They made us feel that they were as excited as we were about our choice and we had great banter along the way thank you lads totally recommend H2O hot tubs

Perfect Tub

We found the perfect Tub at H2O Hottubs and had been waiting a while to get the garden sorted for it The guys Conor and Josh were on time very pleasant and thorough making the experience quite memorable for the right reasons After a very informative briefing and additional tips from them it was all good to go The only slight issue was the brief they got from HQ which hadn t included the Inclear part of the system for install which is to be remedied soon This won t prevent its use till then

Dream team for hot tubs

Had our hot tub delivered this week by the fabulous Conor and Josh Lovely guys very professional and excellent attention to detail Whole process from start to finish was spot on Pauline in the office is lovely no question too silly and full of great advice We now have the Retreat plus and is just wonderful Would absolutely recommend H20 hot tubs

From first point of contact Greg was patient and helpful as many videos photos and measurements were sent to ensure access would be possible Kevin and Mick delivered and installed the hot tub They were both helpful efficient and took time to ensure I was completely happy with the set up Five stars without a doubt
