Highly recommended We were contacting the bank ourselves and were trying to organize our mortgage with the bank that was really unresponsive and seemed that they don t really care at all Contacted Habanero and Pierluigi contacted me and started working immediately The level of customer service and motivation that he has is completely different from the level of the staff member at the bank The communication was excellent and went way beyond what customers would normally expect As we were in a hurry he really pushed to make everything happen as quickly as possible He contacted all parties and kept everyone up to date We completed today and without Pierluigi I believe we would not be close to completing yet If I would have known what I know now I would have hired Habanero sooner than I did Highest recommendation from me Professional excellent communication throughout the process and really helpful
