Washer dryer hwd80

Bought a washer dryer on the 17th August 22 It is now time to use the dryer For a bedding set quilt pillow cases etc it is calculating over 6 hours to wash and dry Have spoken to Haier support to establish if this is normal Answer no we ll send engineer Engineer been problem identical No one can answer the question is this correct 6 hours They said all they can do is send another engineer Beautiful quiet machine but poor support and inadequate operating manual I upgraded from my 20 year old washer and dryer to save energy Now it takes over twice as long So now I have been contacted by Haier and been reassured about it s operation I am now completely satisfied with the machine The chap I spoke to and the subsequent engineer who turned up today confirmed my reservations with respect to the support peoples knowledge of its operation It is a rolls Royce without the instruction manual I am now confident it can do everything I expected and do it very well Haier desperately need to give their support team proper training before they lose custom A YouTube on basic operation and programming would go a long way to ease the beginners problems Also a reassurance that their 3 AAA rating is correct However long the run cycle

Washing machine broke down in warranty period They sent a repair technician out 4 days later and they had the part with them so fixed it in a couple of hours great service

Really great customer service from reporting the issue until washing machine was looked at was less than a week and it was fully repaired 6 days after Really impressed

2 faulty but 3rd brilliant machine

Had faulty machines one banged like anything and the other display was damaged haier was great about exchanging the product is well built great selection of programs washes really well
