Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible Provided a different tracking number than didn t move within 10 days and was advised by Aus post that sender hadn t even sent item yet and to lodge dispute Demanded answers from this business and was then told I was rude and they would no longer reply to me They seemed to think it was okay because this item was still within their 14 day time frame which is ridiculous in itself Then sent screenshot that item had been delivered but it was a completly different tracking number Disgusted

Unprofessional Service from Charlie

I had a disappointing experience with this business particularly due to the poor customer service provided by Charlie Their attitude was unprofessional and lacked respect or understanding of the issue which was their responsibility to address This experience has made me hesitant to shop here again and I would not recommend this business if this is the treatment customers can expect I hope this feedback encourages better care and respect for customers
