Ordered hair products in the beginning of October 2017 Was given a fake tracking number and then told items were held up in customs for four months After contacting them on numerous occasions was continually told me the products were held up in customs not my problem Not my problem Not my problem Is all they said After 4 months I charged the items back on American express because they never arrived By late January and only after I charged back Amex I was issued another tracking number out of the blue At this point I was away for two weeks for work They started to send me threatening emails that they re going to call the police because my other items have arrived They also told Amex the items have arrived when I had not received them Amex at this point refused to reverse the charge taking their side back but I still had not had received the items They continue to send me threatening emails that they re going to call the police The items finally arrived two days ago but not before the threats happened or the reversal of the American Express charge Never use these people they are thieves

Says they will refund you but does not do it

Ordered products which they later said they could not send It s been over a month since they have agreed to refund but are not sending the money back AVOID THIS SCAM SITE

I have bought a perfume using my card and the order got cancelled and the email said I would get a refund in 6 days max Its been 10 days and no money has been refunded I contacted the support and they said they would pay me back though paypal and that I needed to contact my bank or paypal to check why I didn t receive my money First I didnt use paypal to pay why would I get refunded through Paypal Second it is not my responsibility to check where the refund is And third they provided me with a FAKE Paypal transaction Id This website is a SCAM Don t buy it cause you won t receive a product or your money back
