Package never arrived and no one is getting back to me

I ordered from hairbrella a couple of months ago and I have not received the product yet I have emailed them and have not heard back Very disappointing

Never received my order after purchasing it a month ago and paying 30 dollars for fast international delivery Customer service gave me a tracking number that DHL says does not exist Do they fabricate a fake tracking document to con international customers It certainly looks like it a con The worst customer experience I have ever experienced

I purchased this swim cap hoping to protect my hair from water infiltration but it has been a major letdown Despite being marketed as a protective cap it offers minimal coverage and leaves my hair wet and exposed after every swim I followed the fitting instructions precisely yet it feels like the cap is either too thin or poorly designed for proper protection My hair ends up just as chlorine-soaked as if I hadn t worn the cap at all Overall this swim cap is not effective in protecting hair from water and isn t worth the purchase Marketing for this cap is very misleading because it is advertised that you can swim freely with this cap without your hair getting wet This is not the case all Clearly false advertising I wouldn t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable option to keep their hair dry Save your money and look for a better-quality cap Additionally when trying to call Hairbrella to report this I had a frustrating experience with this company s customer service Firstly I noticed that their website does not list a phone number for customer support which is already a red flag In today s world having direct access to customer service via phone is crucial for resolving issues efficiently In an attempt to get assistance I sent multiple emails over the past week Unfortunately I have yet to receive a single response It s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to encounter such poor customer support especially when there s no way to escalate the issue via phone I used the chat option which took a while for it to address my concern and I was sent a return label I returned the product on July 12 and never was issued a credit nor have I received any communication of the return I am currently out 50 Without the option to speak directly with a representative and with emails being ignored I feel completely left in the dark This lack of accessible and responsive customer service seriously undermines my confidence in this company I hope they address these issues soon but for now I cannot recommend their services based on my experience

IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN PRODUCT

Product not as expected but UNABLE TO RETURN it No returns address provided so I emailed Hairbrellla requesting an address They responded requesting information on my order so that a returns label could be sent then absolutely nothing I have emailed the company repeatedly trying several different addresses Nothing Just ignored I have never come across such appalling service Unless you are 100 certain you are going to keep the product DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIRBRELLA

If I could give this company 0 stars I would I asked for a refund not once but twice I got a response after the second request asking why and would I like an exchange I responded I wanted a refund They have yet to get back to me I have never experienced such a thing when making a purchase Never again I will warn others to stay far away from this poor product and company
