Bought a weft from this company
Bought a weft from this company I did not read the instructions correctly and thought you could have the item sewn in after about a month the hair went matted and I didn t realize why if was at this point I complained and was told it could not be sewn in I went back and read the instructions again and this was in fact true The company even though I hadn t followed the right procedure still dealt with my complaint even though it was my own fault and offered a gesture of goodwill which I did not expect at all I will definitely be returning as a customer in the future and will also recommend to friends thankyou stranded hair group for you compassion and customer service
