Late order No samples no appology for the delay

I never received my order

As mentioned in my last reply I never received my order

I cancelled order

I cancelled order but you sent it anyway and charged 30 for postage

Bad experience They sent the wrong product shade I took photos and sent them to their customer service They emailed me a returns note I sent it back they then told me I d sent back the product I ordered Why would I do that After many emails and photos of my order and what I wanted vs what I received they sent the correct product I asked them to ship to the relais point I originally placed the order to but they ignored that and sent it to my home address I won t be using them again

There is no working customer service and no in time delivery

There is no working customer service number where you can connect I had a coupon code and I was unable to apply I tried to connect with hair store provided number but unable to connect so I was not able to connect and also utilise my coupon code and ask how I can redeem it Also on site it was mentioned delivery within 48 hrs but I received order after 2 days
