Quick Delivery Great Customer Service But Expensive For What You Get

After seeing Caroline Stahl and The Hair Bros talk about Hairstory in her Tiktoks I was intrigued to try I placed the order on a Sunday and it arrived the following day Delivery speeds not seen outside of Amazon MY HAIR I have fine thick straight hair that gets oily at the roots and dry damaged at the ends I usually was my hair once twice a week NEW WASH ORIGINAL REVIEW VALUE FOR MONEY The bottle is a lot smaller than I thought - I got a big discount by using Caroline s code in the checkout which helps but I do find it s very expensive for what you get I know they say it replaced shampoo AND conditioner but I d use up a whole bottle in a month if I used it as both HOW IT WORKED I ve used many a co-wash before and love them This does feel different it s hard to explain - it feel a bit more shampooy and can leave a testure behind if you don t rinse very very well I found my hair felt AMAZING after the first wash I was sure to rinse rinse and RINSE but using a brush as I believe the issues everyone has below is due to not 1 Washing and repeating to remove dirt2 Using a scalp brush as I think this really helps clean the scalp and remove product build up3 Rinsing enoughI find I need to use another conditioner on my ends to make sure my hair doesn t go poofy use up all the product too quickly I like this product but the cost for size along with the anxiety of making sure I rinse it all out doesn t make the cost worth it for me I would say the As I Am co-wash is far better value for money and easier to use BUT I may re-buy it again if there are any more discounts UNDRESSED Nice salt spray without the salt But it s not worth the price for me at all HAIR BALM Nice balm but didn t really wow me - again not worth the price for me Although Customer Service have sent me some instructions on how to get the most of out Hair Balm and Undressed which I d recommend contacting them to get this info as I can t paste it below CUSTOMER SERVICE Outstanding Like I said above my order arrived in less and 24 hours And when I contacted customer service regarding their returns policy they sorted out my issue so quickly I was expecting some push back but they were so helpful - thank you Lou Overall I m impressed with Hairstory and will consider repurchasing New wash or their dry shampoo if I can get another referral discount OTHER NOTES The products packaging is a little underwhelming for the price point The New Wash is in great squeezy packaging which I think is a great idea but Undressed and Hair Balm s packaging felt quite basic

Love love love My blowouts last longer and my hair is soft and shiny A small amount of New Wash goes a long way so do y over use it Be sure to rinse really well and you ll love it too

This product is brilliant

This product is brilliant I have suffered from psoriasis on my scalp for years and nothing worked not prescription shampoos because of chemicals and frothing agents nor ordinary shampoos for the same reasons I have to make sure that it is rinsed out thoroughly or my hair looks greasy but on the plus side my hair is no longer frizzy you do have to take time rinsing excess product out of your hair and then it is perfect my hairdresser is astounded and has bought some for his partner who also suffers from psoriasis of the scalp an amazing product my hair used to be very wavy but no longer I now I have the hair I longed for in my teens

I love Hairstory Their new wash has simplified my shower routine My fine to medium hair feels clean and hydrated but never weighed down I also adore the hair balm and their powder product Adds such beautiful texture and feels lovely in my hair

Simply Amazing

This product was recommended to me by my stylist Was I hesitant in purchasing due to the cost Yes definitely but when you think about how often you wash your hair and how often you have to buy product it s basically the same price if not less when factoring You will not get instant results trust the process 8 weeks is a long time but you will definitely see the results after But also you cannot really use other products like styling you should only use Hairstory while expecting full results My hair is on its way back from an extreme recovery of 17yrs of box dye since switching to Hairstory my hair hasn t looked this good or been this healthy in years My stylist was shocked by how good my hair looked when it was time for my touch-up credit goes to your products and her amazing skills I do advise you watch you tube videos and the videos on their site again it s not your average shampoo so you should not be washing as you normally would with regular shampoo 100 worth the time the results take to show and the money

What can I say it works

What can I say it works I put off trying this for so long because I felt it was a lot of money to invest in something that I might have to give away after a couple washes But I ve been using it for a week now and I absolutely love it It hasn t yet made my scalp less oily - despite using hairstory deep - but it absolutely solves the problem of balancing between shampoo and conditioner Before I would find my hair was often either over-shampooed meaning it was dry and prone to breakage or over-conditioned and weighed down Now my hair is perfectly cleaned and conditioned after every wash - I keep running my hands through it and feeling how healthy it is One thing to note is that I realised after the first couple washes that I wasn t rinsing it all out you have to really get your fingers in there and massage your scalp to rinse it out so that was an initial teething problem but now I ve got the hang of that I also bought the brush which I found helpful the first few washes but to be honest you could also just use your fingers - I m not sure I would have spent the 11 now that I ve got the hang of the technique

I m shocked at previous reviews I ve used Top brands and this is the best It s creamy in texture I just used my fingers to massage it in and work though the lengths and my previous frizzy hair is silky smooth Needed nothing else No greasy residue Will definitely keep using it

I absolutely love this product I initially tried a friends and did not rate it feeling like my hair was greasy and gross after washing My friend gave me some more to try and told me to really make sure I rinsed it out thoroughly I followed the instructions on the site to the tee massaged really thoroughly comb through leave on hair for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly and I was blown away with how my hair felt Every wash since the condition of my hair has improved I now can last around 4 days between washes and I suspect this will increase when I have my colour done My hair looks amazing every day My hair is blonde highly bleached thick and wavy I will never use anything else

The Best Hair Product I ve Used

Any terrible reviews about this shampoo are from people who have not learned how to use it properly I was one of them in the first year I used it but I didn t give up and eventually figured it out The key is to use a enough of the product to thoroughly coat your entire hair from scalp to ends I have also found scritching and preening daily to be super helpful Now my hair is in the best condition that it has ever been No more tangles or split ends I can go as long as a whole week without my hair becoming super greasy as it has before Plus my hair dye now no longer fades after just a few washes I swear by this product

Push through the transition phase This product is amazing

After reading so many poor reviews I felt obligated to leave this fantastic review for Hairstory with some advice for people trying it out If you go straight from washing your hair every day with a sulphate shampoo and a silicone conditioner then your hair will go through a greasy messy transition period that takes 6 weeks or longer for some people to clear up I think this is why so many people are unhappy with the product at first This isn t the products fault It takes time for your hair to get used to not having to over produce oil I began using new wash original but had already cut out sulphate shampoos silicone conditioners for a long time I had also gradually transitioned from washing every day to every 3 days and then more recently once a week So my hair had already gone through the horrible transition phase The results I have from new wash are just incredible It cleans my hair while leaving it super soft and shiny even through I have a full head of blond highlights My advice is to get the rubber brush for the shower or a similar brush to make sure you really scrub your scalp This also helps to rinse the product out properly For me this product gets 5 stars because it does not contain any surfactants many non-sulphate shampoos still have surfactants but cleans my hair while leaving it soft and healthy
