I had my hair transplant procedure 11th Dec 2024 and I can t express how impressed I am with the service I received From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by a team member who took the time to explain everything to me in detail It really set the tone for the rest of my experience I then met with both doctors who were incredibly thorough in explaining the procedure and what I could expect Their professionalism and knowledge made me feel relaxed and confident throughout the entire process They talked me through every step which was reassuring The only moment of discomfort I experienced was when the local anaesthetic was injected in my head but honestly once that was done I was completely pain-free I did receive a seductive but it could of been atronger It was a relief to know that I was in good hands After the procedure I was given a thoughtful bag that included shampoo a hat a neck pillow and detailed aftercare instructions It was a nice touch that showed they care about their patients even after the procedure is done Overall I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a similar procedure Thank you to the entire team for making this a positive experience I wanted to take a moment to share my experience following treatment I received as truly appreciated the kindness care and consideration shown to me by everyone involved in my treatment I had two doctors and four nurses that cared for me and only me on the day I highly recommend seeking treatment in the UK as the rules and regulations are much stricter ensuring a higher standard of care I was provided with contact numbers to call if I have any concerns which is incredibly reassuring knowing that I can reach out to someone for support who is in the UK as I move forward which is invaluable to me Thank you once again for the excellent care I received Christina Gordon

After my initial consultation at the clinic in Feb 2023 I returned for another consultation in August 2023 and recently underwent a hair transplant procedure performed by Dr Havutcu and his exceptional team I cannot praise Dr Havutcu enough he never pressured me during my decision-making process about the procedure He genuinely cares about his patients well-being and provides support from the initial stages to completion and beyond The surgery itself was a relaxed experience and I felt completely comfortable throughout the day Although I anticipated some level of stress it turned out to be quite the opposite I highly recommend anyone considering a hair transplant to choose the HTG Hair Transplant Group lead by Turkish Drs - every aspect of my experience has been flawless
