30 days after authorized return I have still not received a refund I returned a 302 dress within days of receiving it using the return label provided I have a confirmation that the return was delivered Still no refund and no reply from emails The phone number is a recording saying the party at that extension is unavailable

Horrid Service Be AWARE
I placed an order for some pants paid 50us in shipping to Australia and to my surprise a dress arrives And now nobody has responded to the 3 emails I have sent that they have sent the incorrect item No solution given and I am stuck with an item that I do not want nor does it fit Disgraceful service would not recommend buying from them EVER

No customer service Terrible return policy - the worst I have ever had with a clothing company All automated responses no one answering phones ship back at your own expense restocking fees No confirmation that they have gotten items back and no refund processed after a month of having received return Do not order from them direct items are on nordstrom with friendly return policy

New Summer Floral Dress
