Surpassed Expectations

I love my Halo collars I have three dogs Labrador Pitt mix GSP and they all do wonderfully with the Halo system The freedom these collars grant my dogs and the peace of mind they give me is immeasurable The training was easy and effective and I find the whole system very easy to use I have a camp in a remote area of northern Maine lots of woods little to no cell service and the collars work great there too The ability to make fences in multiple areas is so convenient when traveling

Lindsey was ever so helpful and was the best in getting my problem solved

Lindsey was ever so helpful and was able to do diagnostics on the collar while I was on the phone with her She could see the collar was not working properly and initiated a return while we were still talking Also I told Lindsey and do want to say I have been very pleased with the way the collar has worked with my standard poodle I chose the collar instead of a fence due to budget but also chose this collar over others because I didnt feel it would harm him He learned quickly and not just because he is brilliant but he has not ventured outside of the boundary but a few times

My Halo Collar support review

Yesterday I contacted Halo Collar support and within a minute I was connected to David K via a zoom video session David was able to help me resolve my issues with our Halo Collar and worked with me helping me better understand the device s functionality This kind of support is rare and more companies should consider incorporating this type of customer service I am completely happy with our Halo Collar and their customer support Great product

Jacqueline helped me as i struggled with the initial training for the Halo collar She is very familiar with how the product functions and interacts with its components She is also able to easily communicate steps to be taken and incorporates personal experiences

Customer Service was Outstanding

The customer service is outstanding I was having an issue with my training beacon and I got to speak with someone right away via FaceTime who promptly helped me with my issue He was personable and helped me fit the collars to my dogs as well

RC was extremely helpful and solved my issues

I have been frustrated that both my Halo collars stopped working yet I was also dreading calling the company to address Boy was I wrong I wish I would have done it weeks ago I got an agent by the name of RC and he fixed my issues with both collars in no time I had been looking at other brands because of the problems and frustration but no more Halo just proved why they are the best Sorry I did not call sooner Thank you very much
