I bought a Samsung z flip 5 listed as good condition It was shipped Royal mail 48 hour and that was exactly hoew it shipped The phone was boxed in its original box A new usb cable supplied sim removal tool in the box and manuals now for the phone if it was sold as Excellent it would be an understatement there is a barely noticeable light scratch on the outer screen the back of the phone is pristine the inner screen is unmarked and no dead pixels the bezel however does have some small marks on the edges Overall for the price I paid I could list this phone on a well known resale site and potentially make a very handsome profi r that s how good a price it was for the excellent condition it was supplied I have no hesitation in recommending handtec and I most certainly will use them again in the future and obviously recommend them
