On 8 6 22 I ordered a pi k chiffon deluxe bouquet top price Order form listed the flowers included pink roses pink spray roses pink phlox reason for choosing this bouquet It was delivered promptly but contained none of the flowers noted above Instead it had fake looking hydrangeas and far too many gerberas not mentioned on website for this bouquet The flowers wilted far too quickly and had to be thrown out by day 4 I contacted Handy Flowers by email but have not received an explanation to date I would NOT recommend this business and will certainly not use them again

I ordered a wreath for my father s funeral delivery should have been before 11am on 5April Despite many messages chasing and reminding no response No delivery deducted 100 and NO DELIVERY Finally call answered at 5pm on 5 April saying canceled order we sent you email at 2pm today Awful and disgusting I had no wreath to place on my fathers grave Still no response today 6April No email This is a bogus rip off company I am disgusted and hurt how they make promises of next day delivery and no show or courtesy call to say cannot do

Delivered someone else s funeral wreath to my mother instead of some sympathy flowers the day before my fathers funeral Phone number is unobtainable and they do not answer emails or social media messages To make matters worse the card read as if my mother had died Despicable behaviour from a company that should understand they will be dealing with people at sensitive times in their lives I feel equally sorry for the people expecting a wreath for their funeral and ended up with a bunch of flowers AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Wouldn t give any stars if that was possible I ordered flowers online from the US for delivery to a hospital in the UK The flowers never arrived to the recipient they sent me a photo of a box sitting in front of a random door of what looked like a freight entrance and when I asked the son of the patient about the delivery he stated that there was a large sign on the door of the hospital that they weren t accepting deliveries so the flowers clearly were not taken to the correct location by their delivery partner despite the claim that they were left in a safe place Then when contacted they were responsive up to the point that it became clear that I wasn t accepting their excuses asked for a refund and that s when they stopped responding I had to do an inquiry with my card company to get my almost 90USD refunded to me

Can t put into words my frustration with this company Ordered flowers for a friend recovering in the hospital Website said flowers would be delivered day of if placed before 4 00pm I tracked the flowers and they arrived AFTER my friend left the hospital I ve emailed multiple times without getting a response TOTAL SCAM

Flowers were never delivered No communication and no reasonable explanation offered When I rearranged delivery -they were still not delivered Good service non-existent I used them the previous year with no issues but it looks like I was just one of the lucky ones I wish I would have read the reviews it screams volumes

A relative ordered a 90 bouquet of flowers for me to arrive on a specific date They were not delivered despite Handy Flowers saying they were but they could not provide proof of delivery My relative asked for a refund unless the order was fulfilled A bouquet turned up that resembled a 15 max bunch of supermarket flowers I ve emailed Handy Flowers but no response A total rip off
