Wild WEEK-LONG outages at handyvertragI am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with their ongoing service failures The network has stopped working for days and despite numerous reports and requests for assistance I ve received no adequate support or communication The level of service and response from handyvertrag has been shockingly poor For over a week I ve been without internet access including a complete two-day outage This has caused significant and intolerable disruptions to my life I ve missed important work calls and meetings which have severely impacted my professional responsibilities I even had to cancel a planned trip because I couldn t access essential apps while in the city Additionally I ve missed important appointments that required a mobile connection to check in such as at my gym This situation has created chaos in my daily life unlike anything I ve ever experienced before According to German telecommunications law TKG I am entitled to compensation for these outages 5 per day for the third and fourth outage days or 10 of the monthly fee whichever is higher 10 per day starting from the fifth outage day or 20 of the monthly fee whichever is higher Given the duration of the outage I demand immediate compensation of 55 This includes 10 for the third and fourth days and 45 for the remaining five days Now what Imagine if they cared about that Of course not Now I m sitting in a contract of 2yrs that does not offer me the very minimum It s an absurd

I ve been as frustrated as the previous customers I ve ordered the sim card on Apr this year while it was still under promotional 3 free months They never applied this promotion to my contract but started deducting money immediately I am a non-German speaking person and it was difficult for me to understand their receipts online Every time I called the support they would hung up on me saying they speak German only Those few times I did reach English speaking support they would either tell me that I won t have to pay for the next months due to their mistake or they d tell me the promotional three months don t exist in the contract nor were they meant for me So I blocked my account from the beginning thinking this was all fishy and they kept on adding penalties for failed bank transfers as well as late bill payments So instead of not paying for the first three months and paying only 16 EUR in total so far I paid over 50 EUR They re still avoiding to connect me to an English-speaking support when I write my desperate emails asking for someone I can talk to since getting in touch with someone who speaks English is like a lottery Even after I ve paid all the penalties and explained that it was a misunderstanding that is partially their responcibility too they still dare to send me a penalty for a failed bank withdrawal even though it happened while I was on the phone with the support asking for explanation what is what and telling them to withdraw the outstanding amount but also give me the time to unblock my account They attempted the withdrawal minutes after the call was over and of course they added it as a penalty to this month s bill I have friends who are okay with this company but absolutely most frustrating service in the world as you end up waiting for so long on the line only for someone to hung up on you without even trying to connect you to an English-speaking support or without even showing the slightest courtesy by saying sorry before hanging up on you
