Had a fault on the boiler of my hot water tap Customer service was great and extremely fast Within two days I had a replacement boiler delivered at no cost and no quibble Would certainly buy again Thanks John in Worcester

Love our 4in1 tap

We have the Verana Halstrom 4in1 tap and are so pleased with it We went for the champagne gold which complements our satin brass kitchen handles perfectly Such good value compared to others on the market

Purchased a 3-in-1 tap which has been a fabulous addition to our home We had an issue with our boiler but it was replaced without fuss Can t fault them have always responded to emails quickly and the product is great I m so used to boiling water on tap now - using a kettle feels so slow and outdated

Being in a wheelchair this 3 in 1 tap is a game changer for me as using a kettle was dangerous I can now be independent First class product

Hanstorm 3 in1 Tap unit and filter

I spent alot of time looking at alternative instant hot water tap options and came across the Hanstorm option Not only did it arrive very quickly the fitter said it was staright forward to install A week in and it is already saving me time and effort using the instant hot water tap as well as the usual hot cold tap It looks great and I have had no issues with it I would purchase again
