My name is Randy I live in Las Vegas Nevada USA About 2 months ago I purchased my first fat tire electric bike I had technical questions about it although I couldn t get the company I purchased it from to respond It was late at night I was scrolling on Facebook and saw this company HAOQI and thought their bike kind of looks like mine maybe I will ask them the question I got the sweetest lady named Celine she was a sales representative for HAOQI she emailed me for over an hour and helped me with the problems I was having with my bike I told her I had purchased one of her competitors bikes although her customer service was so professional and she helped me with all the questions I had That s amazing customer service and you don t see any more I am so grateful for Miss Celine and I would highly recommend purchasing a HAOQI bicycle because you know it will be backed by the best customer service thank you Miss Celine again for the wonderful service and all the help you provided

Got my Leppard Ebike

Got my Leppard Ebike and love it was easy to put together and really impressed with the quality Could not believe the power this bike has for the price Recommend this bike to all my family and friends My challenged grandson loved riding it he is 21 years old and does not drive a car so I might just give it to him so he can use it to go to work He works at a grocery store about a mile from his home and now walks most of the time

Go for that epic journey but know that the right equipment makes all the difference

I decided I wanted to do a really epic journey from my home in western Pennsylvania to the West Virginia state line It s a trip of approximately 65 miles The weather was beautiful and the scenery is magnificent I loaded my bike down with all my necessary gear fore this is an overnight trip and having all the right equipment is vital Everything went off without any problems as I rode through the countryside confident in the reliability of my Haoqi Snow Leopard e-bike Even though I had it loaded down with heavy gear there were no issues with the performance of the bike I made the round trip exactly as I had planned for it to go and had one of the greatest bike journeys of my life Here in our part of the state we have many hills and I had to travel over quite a few which was a heavy drain on the battery so I had to carry an extra battery to pull of such a trip I took many photos along the way but I think my favorite was the one with my bike parked alongside the obelisk that marks the Pennsylvania West Virginia state line It gives me the satisfaction of knowing the feat I accomplished by completing this journey In the end the total experience was well worth the effort The fall foliage the head clearing solo time on the trail and the exuberating thrill of the ride has given me memories that will last me for the rest of my life I now have close to 1000 miles riding my e-bike and what a delight it is It s been reliable and a game changer for me being that I m getting up there in age It is very well constructed and durable and I feel confident when I hit the trails for a long journey

A few months ago my wife and I decided to go electric bikes that is After searching through many different companies I came across Haoqi e-bikes I found the designs to be stylish and comfortable and also easy to assemble comes 90 assembled I ve had to contact the support folks over a minor thing and found them incredibly helpful in real time They took care of me quickly and completely I ve already highly recommended this company to friends and family and now you Thanks for the great product Looking forward to many years of riding Mickey Bright

Dissatisfied due to poor support

I received the black Leeopard nearly two months ago The bike so far has not been ridden one foot When received there were several loose ball bearings loose in the box I hired a bike tech to assemble the bike Short story is that the bearing retainer was bad and couldn t be fixed Hailey was contacted and informed me that I was at fault a total lie and would have to pay 100 for shipping to get a replacement I paid the money reluctantly and as yet have not received the wheel I want to return the bike but they tell me I am passed the two week limit I seem to be in possession of a totally useless bike Their customer service is terrible and I recommend no one does business with Haoqi I will be calling BBB this morning A total rip off
